Meade County Charges vs Convictions
A charge is an accusation filed in court. A conviction is a final finding or plea of guilt on a charge. Meade County Criminal Prosecution
Kansas counties use County Attorney offices for local prosecution. The Meade County Attorney is listed as Clay A. The County Attorney also has diversion and victim-services pages. Diversion may allow eligible people with traffic or criminal matters to complete conditions under the written diversion policy. Sealed and Expunged Criminal Records
Sealed and expunged records are both restricted, but they are not identical. Sealing limits ordinary public access by law or court order. Public Access to Criminal Court Records
